Tilak Varma struck the third century of IPL 2026, landing another major milestone after Sanju Samson and Quinton de Kock reached the same mark earlier. Despite that big contribution, Varma is still not in the upper tier of the Orange Cap standings, sitting on 144 runs, while the current leader has 283. Here’s the latest snapshot from Monday night, after Mumbai Indians (MI) hammered Gujarat Titans (GT).

The top ten in the run charts stayed in the same order, but GT’s Shubman Gill edged closer to the summit thanks to a quick 14 off 13 balls. Heinrich Klaasen of Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) remains out in front with 283 runs, while Gill moved up the chase into second place on 265.

In third is Virat Kohli of Royal Challengers Bengalur (RCB). He is followed by Vaibhav Sooryavanshi of Rajasthan Royals (RR) and RCB’s Rajat Patidar.

Rounding out the remaining positions in the top ten are Cooper Connolly of Punjab Kings (PBKS), level on 223 runs with RR’s Yashasvi Jaiswal. After them come SRH’s Ishan Kishan, along with PBKS batters Priyansh Arya and Prabhsimran Singh.

Prince Yadav, the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) pacer, climbed into the top three on Sunday, but he has since slipped back as GT’s Prasidh Krishna replaced him in the second spot. Krishna now has 12 wickets, just one behind Anshul Kamboj of Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

GT’s Kagiso Rabada, who produced figures of 3 for 33 against MI, is the newest bowler to reach double figures in wickets. He joins RCB’s Bhuvneshwar Kumar and RR’s Ravi Bishnoi in the group of ten-wicket-plus performers. Rabada, Bhuvneshwar and Bishnoi are all on ten wickets apiece.
