Those five losses have pushed India down to sixth place in the World Test Championship table, leaving their path to the final hanging by a thread.<\/p>\n

Why India are expected to rethink their home pitch blueprint<\/h2>\n

  1. A key takeaway from the defeats is that the team management is likely to shift away from preparing aggressively turning surfaces.<\/li>\n
  2. After the 0-3 loss to New Zealand, India are said to have taken a hard look at how their opponents were able to generate sharp, early grip and turn.<\/li>\n
