Chasing 265, PBKS pulled off what is now the highest successful chase in IPL history, reaching the target with seven balls remaining. Prabhsimran Singh blazed a rapid 76 off 26 deliveries, while Priyansh Arya struck 43 off 17 as the chase gained instant momentum. Iyer then remained unbeaten on 71 off 36 to guide the visitors over the line.<\/p>\n

The celebrations were immediate and unrestrained after Punjab etched their place in IPL records. Co-owner Preity Zinta made her way onto the field to congratulate the winning group, and the moment drew attention as she interacted with young opener Priyansh Arya.
