Sindhu, hailing from Haryana, is a left-handed batter who also delivers slow left-arm orthodox bowling. His rise began in the 2018-19 U-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy, where he produced a major all-round showing\u2014scoring 572 runs and taking 23 wickets\u2014to play a key role in Haryana securing the title.<\/p>\n
He then stepped up through the junior international ranks, featuring in India\u2019s successful group at the 2022 ICC Under-19 World Cup. Across the tournament, Sindhu contributed with both bat and ball, taking six wickets in five matches while also making a valuable half-century.<\/p>\n
At domestic level, he made his first-class debut in the 2022 Ranji Trophy. He went on to appear in both the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
