Royal Challengers Bengaluru surrendered their extra advantage over multiple contenders when they lost to Lucknow Super Giants, a defeat that left them tied on points with both Rajasthan Royals and Gujarat Titans.<\/p>\n

    Sunrisers Hyderabad remain at the summit with 14 points from 11 matches, having won seven and lost four, supported by a net run rate of +0.737. Punjab Kings sit just behind on 13 points from 10 outings, with six wins, three defeats and one no result, along with a net run rate of +0.571.<\/p>\n

    Even after the setback, Royal Challengers Bengaluru still own the tournament\u2019s best net run rate at +1.249, a factor that could end up decisive as the race for qualification tightens. With Rajasthan Royals and Gujarat Titans also finishing on 12 points, the battle for the top four has become even more crowded heading into the concluding stages of the league phase.<\/p>\n

    Chennai Super Kings continue to stay in the mix on 10 points. Meanwhile, Delhi Capitals, Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians are all facing increasing pressure to keep their playoff hopes alive as the table compresses near the qualification spots.<\/p>\n
